  • Seller only accept refunds if items don't match the described item/condition
  • Time limits for refunds 30 days after successful delivery base on tracking status 
  • Please take unboxing video as a proof of the original condition you received
  • Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by the responsible party—the seller for shipping-related damage or the buyer for damage caused by misuse (Unboxing Video is required for dispute).
